Bat Cave

You are a bat. The cave is closing in. Stay off the walls.

Hold Z to rise, release to fall. The bat is always falling — you never stop tapping. Your score climbs the longer you survive.

Controls

• Z (hold) — flap upward
• Z — start the game
• X — restart after game over

You get four crashes before it's over. Watch the hearts.

Made in PICO-8 while working through the cave diver tutorial in Dylan Bennett's Game Development with PICO-8, then extended past it to learn the fantasy console.
